About Crossbar Academy

Established in 2019, Crossbar Academy is a distinguished private Christian soccer school in Tomball, Texas. Our academy caters to 2nd through 12th-grade students and offers a distinctive curriculum integrating a blended education with elite soccer training.

We identified a gap in our local educational landscape by drawing from international best practices in sports and education, including successful models seen in sports such as gymnastics. Motivated by these insights, we founded Crossbar Academy, steadfastly committed to prioritizing faith, restoring family unity, and cultivating academic and soccer excellence among our students.

THE CORE VALUES OF CROSSBAR ACADEMY

FAITH

At Crossbar Academy, we integrate faith into every aspect of our community. Our daily Bible classes provide students with a foundational understanding of scripture and Christian principles, complementing their academic curriculum.

Every Wednesday, our chapel sessions offer a dedicated time for students to unite in worship, reflection, and spiritual growth. In addition to the chapel, students learn weekly Bible scripture, delving into the teachings and values that shape their faith journey. Our discipleship program for 8th grade and above further enriches their spiritual development through mentorship and personal growth opportunities.

Beyond our campus, Crossbar Academy is committed to fostering a spirit of service through various outreach programs, encouraging students to apply their faith meaningfully. Crossbar Academy blends academic excellence with a personalized learning experience tailored to students from 2nd grade through 12th grade. Our elementary, junior high, and high school divisions offer a diverse curriculum designed to nurture intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills at every stage of development.

At Crossbar Academy, we understand the importance of preparing students for future success. Our dual credit program allows high school students to earn college credits while still enrolled, giving them a competitive edge in higher education. Our online program with LUOA is accredited through ACSI and Cognia, ensuring our virtual learning environment meets rigorous educational standards.

Furthermore, our NCAA-approved classes enable student-athletes to pursue their academic and athletic aspirations simultaneously, maintaining eligibility for collegiate sports scholarships. At Crossbar Academy, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive and enriching academic environment that empowers students to excel academically and personally.

SOCCER

At Crossbar Academy, our soccer program fosters excellence on and off the field; our athletes receive tailored instruction to enhance technical skills and tactical understanding through daily training sessions led by professional coaches. Our athletes can focus on comprehensive sports performance, agility, and injury prevention strategies. We prioritize the overall development of our students, preparing them for competitive play and potential collegiate opportunities through partnerships with respected college programs.

Our commitment to global exposure includes international travel opportunities to soccer-rich countries like France and England, where students engage in cultural exchanges and competitive matches to broaden their experience. Coaches regularly assess athletic performance, offering personalized feedback to optimize individual growth and progress. Moreover, our program supports students pursuing soccer careers abroad, providing opportunities for select athletes to compete in esteemed leagues.
